We are responsible for your one way trip from Accra to Lagos, this will be covered by the participation costs. All other flights must be booked by you and paid for by you. We are happy to help with the process.

No. This trip is about allowing African HKS students to show their home and about you discovering an incredibly interesting part of the world. The region’s history is complex and emotional, and we will be interfacing both the painful history such as slavery and flourishing start ups announcing the dawn of a new era.

Yes, extremely. Our schedule will be flexible relative to any on-the-ground updates, but safety is of the utmost concern.

We have a line up including the President of Ghana, Leaders in Parliament, the Chief Justice, Governors, renown journalists and more.

This is a trip for HKS students, but on a case-by-case basis, we are happy to consider partners. In general, any subsidy will not cover partners, but again, please get in touch.

The deposit is non-refundable, but will be refunded if the trip is canceled on our side.
